Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) Removal
Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) Removal
Sparco Engineering provides highly efficient Amine-based and molecular sieve systems for the removal of Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) and Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) from natural gas streams.
Our customized units are engineered to meet stringent gas specifications, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
How It Works
The sour gas enters an absorber column where it contacts an amine solution that selectively absorbs H₂S and CO₂. The rich amine is then regenerated in a reboiler and stripper system, where the absorbed gases are released, and the lean amine is cooled and recycled back to the absorber for continuous operation.
Key Benefits
- Efficient removal of H₂S and CO₂ to pipeline-quality levels.
- Compact skid-mounted design for easy transportation and installation.
- Fully automated operation with low maintenance requirements.
- Custom-designed to meet client-specific gas compositions and flow rates.
- Environmentally friendly and safe operation with minimal emissions.
