Amine-Ethylene Glycol CO2 Removal Module
Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) Removal

Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) Removal
Sparco Engineering provides advanced Amine-based CO₂ Removal Systems designed for large-scale natural gas processing facilities. These systems are engineered to meet API/ASME standards, ensuring superior efficiency, safety, and reliability in removing acid gases such as CO₂ and H₂S.

How It Works

Natural gas enters an absorber tower where it comes into contact with an amine solution that selectively absorbs CO₂ and H₂S. The rich amine is then regenerated in a reboiler system, releasing the captured gases and recycling the lean amine for reuse in the process.

Key Benefits

  • High-efficiency CO₂ and H₂S removal.
  • Complies with international engineering standards (API/ASME).
  • Modular and skid-mounted design for easy installation.
  • Reduced environmental impact with optimized process control.
  • Designed for 24/7 continuous operation with minimal maintenance.
