Gas Dehydration
Gas dehydration is a crucial process used to remove water vapor from natural gas to prevent hydrate formation and corrosion in pipelines.
Sparco Engineering provides state-of-the-art TEG (Triethylene Glycol) dehydration systems designed to deliver reliable, efficient, and continuous operation for onshore and offshore facilities.
How It Works
Natural gas flows through an absorber tower where it comes into contact with lean TEG. The glycol absorbs water vapor from the gas, and the rich TEG is then regenerated in a reboiler system to be reused in the process.
Key Benefits
- Ensures pipeline integrity by removing moisture.
- High-efficiency regeneration system.
- Compact skid-mounted design for easy installation.
- Low operational cost and minimal maintenance.
