The Ex control panel is specifically designed and built to operate in environments where concentrations of flammable gas, vapors, liquids or combustible particles pose risks of ignition and explosion including potentially explosive atmospheres, Zone 1 and Zone 2 (Gas). The Ex control panels on offer are individually engineered and made-to-order, providing purpose-built solutions for use in hazardous areas. For example, panel enclosures are cast from heavy duty aluminium to prevent creation of sparks that can lead to vapours igniting in a hazardous area. Moreover, these panels are also equipped with seals to prevent entry of explosive fumes into the panel enclosure.
